1. Shipping Scope

We offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is currently unavailable.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom Orders (e.g., bulk purchases): May take 5–7 business days for processing, confirmed via email.

4. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment, accessible via USPS or UPS. Orders over $200 require signature confirmation; carriers will leave a redelivery notice if no one is present.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For missing packages, contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.

6. Damaged/Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@traveller.icu for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If marked “delivered” but undelivered, check with neighbors or your local post office first. File a claim with us within 5 days for assistance.

7. Return Shipping

Refer to our Refund Policy for return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
